At Rug Your Life, every review you read comes from a real client.

Many of our clients place their orders through interior designers, request bespoke sizes, or communicate directly with us outside of our online shop. This means that not all reviews are submitted through the store interface and therefore may not be marked as “verified purchases” by the system.

When a review is not submitted directly by the client via the shop, we only share it with their explicit permission. In some cases, we translate the text from its original language, always preserving the client’s tone and intent. If requested, we also omit or abbreviate personal details for privacy, and we never share a name or location unless the client has agreed.

The trust and satisfaction of our clients are at the heart of what we do. We are proud to share their words and experiences, just as they were expressed to us.
